St. Columban School supports the integration of technology across the curriculum.
The focus of our technology program is not on the devices but rather the learning opportunities they represent for the students. The Four C's, creativity, critical thinking, collaboration and communication, are essential skills for today's student and our technology program is designed with this in mind. It is also clear that in our information rich, digitally connected world students will need to know how to effectively find and curate information. We are committed to teach digital literacy skills and appropriate moral and ethical online behavior.
Students in Grades 3-8 use an iPad or chromebook on a daily basis. Grades K-2 students have access to two mobile carts, one with iPads and one with Chrome books.
